And yes....it's made of wood... wooden body, wooden hood, wooden lens mount..

The furniture maker and photographer, Erik Hedman, was born in Hosjö, in 1905. At the1930-years, he built those atelier cameras under request of the Photofirm "Fritz Weist" in Stockholm. There were produced only circa 20 examples. His brother Gustav was also worker in the commom shop. Although there were several orders for this Hedman-cameras, Erik Hedman refused to build more examples.
