Flexaret II
Two Prototypes of Flexaret II, with finder lens: Optikotechna-Anastigmat 3/8cm no.00000001, taking lens: Optikotechna Mirar T3 4.5/8cm no.00000001 and 00000002 Prontor II and Compur-Rapid versions. These Flexarets determined the decisive design adopted in all its following life. 1946 issue. This 00000002 lens camera has a curious history. See below.

Lenses: viewfinder - Anastigmat 3/80, camera lens - Mirar 4.5/80. or Mirar
II 3.5/80
Shutter: Compur size# 00 B 1-1/300 or Prontor II size# 00 B,T 1 – 1/175 or
Prontor S or SV size# 00 B, 1 – 1/300 or Metax size # 00 B, 1 – 1/400.
Film feed: by knob.
Picture counter:12 pictures seen in red window.
Release: independent of film advance.
Year of production: 1948-54.
This model shares the same body of Flexaret 1 but has an improved solid unit lens focusing offering the highest picture quality and soon introduced a new finder cover with “sport” type open frame viewfinder.
